1. Acceptance of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Terms on Our site. Your continued use of the service after any such changes take effect constitutes Your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Use of Our Service

You agree to use Our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use of Our service is strictly prohibited. By accessing and using our services, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner. Any form of negative communication, harassment, abuse, or disruptive interactions by You within our services will result in immediate removal from our services without refund. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes negative communication or behavior.

4. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. You waive any right to “charge-back” or dispute payment with Your credit card issuer/processor or bank. If You initiate a dispute or charge-back on a purchase, We reserve the right to immediately terminate Your access to Our services without notice. Additionally, the charge in question remains due and payable to Us, and You agree to either remit payment promptly or rescind the dispute or charge-back to resolve the outstanding balance. Failure to do so may result in additional collection actions.

5. Payments

You authorize Us to charge Your payment method, automatically and on a recurring basis, and You agree to keep a current valid payment method on file with Us at all times. You agree to pay an additional fee, equal to 10% of the monthly fee, for any failure of the automatic payment, whether due to expiration of the chosen payment method or any other reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to pause and/or terminate all services in the event payment is not timely received.

6. Limitation of Liability

You agree to hold Us, Our employees, members, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and representatives harmless from any loss, claim, damage, or liability of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) Your access to, or use of, or inability to access or use, the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (c) any content obtained from the service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of Your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not We have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the total monies paid by You for use of Our services.

8. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the website or services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (http://www.adr.org/). The arbitration shall be held in Clark County, Nevada and conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. If a party files suit to initiate formal litigation and the matter is subsequently moved to arbitration pursuant to this provision, the filing party shall pay the defending party's attorneys' fees incurred up to the matter's submission to arbitration.

9. Publicity Release

You irrevocably and perpetually grant Us the right to photograph, videotape, and record Your name, voice, appearance, likeness, and/or written testimony along with any material furnished by You, in whole or in part, in any of Our marketing materials and programs.

You shall treat all information obtained from Us during the course of this Agreement as confidential and shall not disclose or publicize this information in any manner. Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, content prepared, shared, or maintained by us, Our employees, agents, and representatives, online course content, communications made during conference calls, and log-in credentials (such as username and password). You shall not disclose or publish Confidential Information to any other person in any manner.

We believe, with education, individuals can be better prepared to make investment decisions, but We do not guarantee success in Our training. We do not make earnings claims, efforts claims, or claims that Our training will make You any money. All material is intellectual property and protected by copyright.
